2. TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF PECUNIARY INTEREST IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCALISM ACT 2011
To receive declarations of Members interests in relation to agenda items.
To consider request for dispensations from Members.
3. TO REVIEW AND ACCEPT THE INTERNAL AUDITORS REPORT 2025/26
4. TO COMPLETE, CONFIRM AND SIGN THE AGAR SECTION 1 FOR 2025/26
5. TO CONFIRM AND SIGN THE AGAR SECTION 2 FOR 2025/26
6. To approve the Publication of the Exercise of Public Rights in respect of the Annual Audit.
7. TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THE TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE NEW EVENTS COMMITTEE
8. FINANCE REPORT
(a)To obtain 2 x signatures for outstanding invoices due for payment for ABW
(b) To resolve to approve a float for the Fund raisers for ABW 
(c ) To resolve to approve the additional cost for the insuring of the playground surface
