- WELCOME REMARKS BY THE CHAIRMAN
1.1 Cllr Plummer welcomed everyone to the meeting.

4.1 The minutes of the meeting 13 January 2021 were agreed and signed by the Chairman.

- CORRESPONDENCE
A villager stating a tree on The Green is overhanging and nearly touching their premises - trees to be looked at and work done accordingly.
Update on Grantham Southern Relief Road Construction.
Request to park vintage cars on The Green on 25 July 21 whilst the owner’s lunch at The Welby. – permission granted.
Request to possibly use the playing field for a wedding reception – Declined due to feasibility.
Household waste disposal update.
- FINANCE
7.1 Income was noted and agreed since 13 January 2021 to date as outlined in the respective financial reports

RESIGNATION OF COUNCILLOR
8.1 It is of great sadness that after many years of service, Councillor Gordon Jackson has resigned from being a Councillor. Processes to elect a replacement to be actioned by the Clerk
- FUND RAISING & GRANTS
9.1 The total raised via Easyfundraising towards the Village Amenity Fund now totals£139.29.Cllr Mould is going to keep promoting via local resources.
- SOLAR FARM
10.1 It was reluctantly agreed to accept the Community donation of £4,686 from the installation of the Solar Farm on Foston Parish Land.
- PLAYING FIELD
11.1 Signage – The new signs have now been placed in various positions on entry to the area.
11.2 MUGA maintenance – It was discussed what was required to keep the all-weather surface in good condition for as long as possible.In the short term it was agreed to carry out maintenance ourselves until finances were available to have it professionally rejuvenated.
11.3 CCTV – It was reported that one of the cameras needs to be adjusted to maximise footage in the case of any untoward incidents.CCTV code of conduct and any other relevant policies to be put in place.
- MARKET CROSS
12.1 Cllr Mould is to look at ways of raising £10k towards the renovation of the Cross, without showing that significant funds have already been raised it will not be possible to apply for funding and grants. Various options were discussed for the way forward.
