Opening remarks

The chairman opened the meeting thanking councillors for attending this meeting.  This meeting had been convened to clarify the position of the Building Project on the Playing Field

There were apologies from Cllr Marsh.  She had other commitments.

Declarations of Interest

3.1

There were no declarations of interest.

Finance Proposals

4.1

Cllr Jackson went through the costings.  It was agreed to apply for a Public funding loan over 5 years for the shortfall.

LALC to be contacted for a borrowing report (JM)

4.2

VAT to be funded from the ring fencing and returned when VAT reclaimed

Confirmation of Contractor

5.1

Change in planning due to amendments to the build.

Windows and doors – what are needed wood/plastic/metal? Local businesses to be contacted to see if they will sponsor

5.2

Signing of the build contract to be done at next  Parish meeting

Charges for Playing Field Use

6.1

Various options for charge use were discussed nothing agreed until a fixtures and training list has been received from GYFC. (JM)

6.2

Problems with lime spillage from the line marking, to get pitch sizes (JM)

Hempsteads to be contacted to see how much for Lineage (JM)

Charges for Storage by Gonerby Football Club
