Planning Cllr Goodall gave a breakdown of the planning applications and was concerned about the amount of trees being felled within the village. Finance 2020/21 Quarter 1 accounts were approved. Income for since 20 May 2020 was noted and agreed Expenditure since 20 May 2020 was noted and Councillor’s unanimously approved the payments retrospectively. |

Fundraising & Grants Easy fundraising explained as a way of raising funds towards special projects. Cllr Mould to do further research. Clerk to check SKDC for possible grants.

Playing Field Cllr Marsh has joined the Playing Field Advisory Group and was elected as the chairperson. Green portacabin has now been moved across the playing field into the hedging. CCTV is being tested prior to fitting. Discussed the possibility of rental for the MUGA to help towards refurbishment. The MUGA is getting damaged and showing its age. Agreed to get some professional advice on its condition. No response from GYFC regarding pitch fees |

Community Wood A policy has been written and will be published. A tree surgeon is to be instructed regarding the damaged trees |

Traffic Calming Cllr Sharp has been looking into the various ‘gateways’ that could possibly help with traffic calming. |

Green Lane/Sewstern Lane If anyone observes misuse of this lane it should be reported to 101 so a case can be built up to support the attempts to keep the lane usable by all and not just 4x4 off roaders |
