I hereby give you notice that the Annual Parish Council meeting of Allington Parish Council will be held at Allington Village Hall, Post Office Room on Friday 12 May 2023 at 19:30. All members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out hereunder.

Public Forum:  Following the election of the Chair and Vice Chair there will be a public forum for up to 15 minutes where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

8.   CLERKS REPORT

To remind all Councillors that they must complete the DPI form and return this to the Clerk.

A reminder that, by law, all Councillors must complete and return a Declaration and Return of Election Expenses to the Clerk.

To agree and approve for the maintenance of Parish Council Website to be paid and updated by the LALC approved designated person.
